Inner Vision Consulting will partner with your organisation to provide tailored and domestic and family violence specialist support to employees in the domestic and family violence sector.
I provide brief, confidential, purposeful, strengths-based and solution-focused employee assistance to staff as well as relevant referrals to ensure their long-term wellbeing needs are met. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by an A.A.S.W. Accredited Domestic and Family Violence Social Worker.

What is an Employee Assistance Program?
An EAP is provided by an employer to support their staff’s emotional wellbeing in the office and at home to enable them to better focus on the work at hand. Most employers offer their staff 3–5 confidential therapeutic support sessions with their designated EAP provider and cover the cost associated. Inner Vision Consulting offers quality specialist domestic and family violence cost effective EAP programs.

What does an EAP offer?
The Inner Vision Consulting Employee Assistance Program is tailored to your needs. Services include:
- Confidential and domestic and family violence specialist EAP in the form of scheduled online or phone therapeutic support
- Brief therapeutic intervention that is focused on supporting employees to deal with the issues that might be getting in the way of their wellbeing and focus at work
- Debriefing
- Critical incident debriefing.
Participation in any EAP is voluntary and usually confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.
