Professional Supervision
If you are looking for regular professional supervision to develop your practice, this might be the option for you. This is for professionals working in the human services sector (not-for-profit, government or private organisations). I also offer team supervision sessions for staff and leadership groups, mentoring, coaching, critical incident debrief, team development and will work with teams to improve culture and communication.

The human services sector is a unique and challenging work environment. At Inner Vision Consulting I offer a safe space for leaders at all levels of experience to reflect, feel supported, and to develop their professional leadership skill.
Organisational Consulting
Do you want your organisation to achieve goals and make a difference? Inner Vision Consulting can help you with a highly strategic and well planned out project approach. I offer specialised consulting services tailored to the needs and requirements of your organisation.
Employee Assistance Program
Inner Vision Consulting will partner with your organisation to provide tailored and specialised support to employees in the domestic and family violence sector. I provide brief, confidential, purposeful, strengths-based and solution-focused employee assistance as well as relevant referrals to staff to ensure their long-term wellbeing needs are met. The EAP is provided by an A.A.S.W. Accredited Domestic and Family Violence Social Worker.
